Our online questionnaire

When your project plan is ready, complete our online data supply questionnaire. This will officially notify us of your intention to supply and communicate your key external milestones.

Your answers to the questionnaire will be used as a guide for a project workshop with Equifax. Your Account Manager will contact you to arrange the workshop once the questionnaire is complete.

In the workshop, the project team from Equifax will walk you through each step of our structured on-boarding process. We will share our learnings from our previous successful projects and make sure you have access to all our resources including technical guides, implementation experts, and services to expedite your data supply.
